Kairos Clean & Cozy - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Kairos Clean & Cozy (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and our clients ("you" or "your"). By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Confirmation 

2.1. All bookings must be made through our official channels: website, phone, or email.

2.2. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation will include the details of your booking.

3. Payment Terms 

3.1. Payment for services is due on the day of the service.

3.2. We accept various payment methods including cash, Venmo, and Zelle transfer.

3.3. A receipt will be issued upon payment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling 

4.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee of $75 as we have reserved the cleaner’s time to accommodate you.

4.2. Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours before the service. We will accommodate rescheduling based on availability.

5. Service Limitations 

5.1. Our standard cleaning and deep cleaning services do not include:

· Cleaning inside furniture and appliances - it’s included in our add on services.

· Shampooing carpets

· External window/glass door cleaning

5.2. For any additional services, please contact us directly for a customized quote.

6. Cleaning Supplies 

6.1. We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for the service.

6.2. If you have specific cleaning products you would like us to use, you may provide them. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

7. Liability 

7.1. We are committed to delivering high-quality service. However, we are not liable for:

· Any pre-existing damage to your property

· Any damage caused by the use of your cleaning equipment or supplies

7.2. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours after the service.

8. Client Responsibilities 

8.1. You are responsible for providing access to your property at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

8.2. We request that you secure any valuables prior to our arrival.

9. Privacy Policy 

9.1. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our website.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions 

10.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

11. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our services are provided.
